DMCA Policy
Sherry Anne Interiors respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. Our goal is to protect the original content featured on our site, including articles about bespoke luxury furniture and interior design. We expect our users and contributors to do the same.
How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on sherryanneinteriors.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice. This notice must be a written communication. It must include all of the following elements to be considered valid.
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Describe the work clearly.
- Identification of the content on sherryanneinteriors.com that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Provide specific URLs for each piece of content.
- Information allowing us to contact the complaining party. This includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate. The complaining party must also state, under penalty of perjury, that they are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Designated Agent

We will review valid notices and respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 48 hours on business days. Material found to be infringing will be removed or access disabled.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. This is a written communication. It must include all of the following details:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled. Provide the location where the material appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Sherry Anne Interiors may be found. You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Send your Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent at [email protected]. We will forward a copy of your Counter-Notification to the original complaining party. We may replace the removed content or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the Counter-Notification. This happens unless our Designated Agent first receives notice that the complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Sherry Anne Interiors maintains a policy of terminating user access in appropriate circumstances for repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly upload or post infringing material will have their accounts or publishing privileges removed. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account at any time for any reason without notice. This applies especially to those who disregard intellectual property rights.
